As a motivational youth speaker, Kurt has shared his message of perseverance and resiliency with youth and teens across the country. Regardless of the particular makeup of the audience, Kurt's message resonates with these kids as he explains in direct, clear and no uncertain terms how he overcame the odds as a chronic juvenile delinquent to become a sports agent and attorney. "When someone doubts you, you have two options - you can prove them right or you can prove them wrong. I chose to prove them wrong."

Kurt has been a guest speaker for many civic organizations including Rotary International, Kiwanis and local Chambers of Commerce. Understanding the importance these organizations play in the community, Kurt shares his inspirational true story in an effort to show that the contributions of these civic groups are paramount to the functioning of our local communities.
